_{To qualify for the estate-planning consultation waiver, you must attend the Advance Planning Seminar at Lissa’s on December 9th at 7:00 p.m. Each household (individual or couple) is eligible for one waiver. The attendee’s consultation is free if scheduled on or before June 30, 2026. These waivers are valid exclusively for estate-planning services provided by JTC Law and have no cash value. Attendees may also gift one estate-planning consultation (a $250 value) to a friend for the holidays. Gifted consultations must be issued by December 31, 2025, used no later than June 30, 2026, are valid only for estate-planning services provided by JTC Law, and have no cash value. All consultations are subject to attorney availability and must be scheduled in advance. Each consultation covers preliminary estate-planning advice only and does not include document drafting or representation. This offer does not apply to existing clients with ongoing estate-planning matters. JTC Law reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.}
